The construction of the New Parsonage at Helmsley is progressing
well and the first floor joists are now being installed.
We were delighted to meet with members of the congregation at the
a turf cutting ceremony held on March 21st where the cutting of
the first sod was undertaken by The Hon. Jake Duncombe of Duncombe
Park.
Work is nearly complete on the project at Bishop Monkton, both
properties are now being plastered and completion is expected in
early July.

new Parsonage it has built in Helmsley for The Diocese of York.

Site clearance for our new development at Green Howards Road in
Richmond has now been completed and contractors Esh Construction
Ltd are commencing the ground works for the project. This development
will provide a total of 22 three to five bedroom houses built in
natural stone to level 3 of the code for sustainable homes. The
homes will be offered for sale in the Spring of 2012 with first
completions due in June 2012.

Huby
North Yorkshire
We were delighted to see the residents of the village of Huby turn
out in force to visit the exhibition of the proposals for a new
village hall and sports pavilion together with the enabling development
by Whitfield Homes. The Company has worked with Huby New Hall Group
over the last four years to bring forward an innovative proposal
embodying all the principles of localism. PCP Market Research Ltd
are now carrying out a survey of all residents within the parish
aged 18 and over to determine whether or not they wish the project
to progress to a planning application. Full details of the proposal
