The first plot to undertake an EPC at our Eskdale View, Whitby site has received an A grade energy rating, surpassing the typical D rating of many older UK properties. 
This achievement is due to our use of solar panels, superior insulation, high performance heating systems, high-spec double glazing and low-energy lighting. Living in an A rated home could save you up to £2,600 annually.
