Work underway on new homes in Scorton

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Karbon Homes to deliver 32 new affordable homes on Bolton Road in Scorton. This exciting development will include a mix of one-bed bungalows and two, three, and four-bedroom family homes, offering options for social rent, shared ownership, and rent-to-buy.

This development will provide much-needed housing in a rural community where affordable options have been limited, helping families, first-time buyers, and local residents to put down roots and thrive.
