Leeming Bar Approved

Our Leeming Bar site took another important step forward last week when the planning application was heard at Hambleton’s planning committee. After several months hard work by the team working alongside the planners at Hambleton District Council, it was pleasing to receive a recommendation for approval from officers and the scheme even received some compliments from members during the debate. The result was unanimous in support of the officer’s recommendation subject to S106, which we hope to finalise in the coming weeks.
